Casa Zoldan was originally nothing more than a bunch of ruins from 1874 but in 2013 the house was completely renovated and enlarged. It is placed in the town centre of Coltura, next to the church of St. Lawrence and close to provincial road Strada Pedemontana - SP29.
The accommodation is 1.6 km from the sources of the Livenza river in Santissima (also known as "sorgenti della Santissima"), 1 km from the Gorgazzo Springs and 1.1 km from the Reception Office.
