First floor. Residential unit no. 2: flat with a beautiful terrace overlooking the ancient Coltura street. The fine wrought iron balustrade has been restored and brought back to its original beauty. This wonderful balustrade is actually a piece of history, as proved by a late 19th century photo showing the family who lived here on the balcony. The apartment features also a little niche on the exposed stone wall. The inside of the niche still features the original discoloration caused by the repeated use of a "bugia", a tiny candle holder whose candle burned inside the niche. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, a dining area with satellite TV, a double bed or two single beds, a kitchen with refrigerator and all the necessary appliances. At the back there is a small terrace overlooking the Rio Gorgazzetto Brook: a nice chance to catch a breath of fresh air and enjoy the landscape.
