Dimora "Al Brolo"

Polcenigo

The presence of the brolo, a term derived from the Latin “brolium”, the large private park enclosed by an ancient surrounding wall and bordered by the waters of the Rui de Brosa and the Gorgazzo stream, characterises the Residence, located in the historic centre of Polcenigo, just a few steps from the reception. The brolo extends over part of the San Floriano Hill, where the rural park owned by the Bazzi Foundation is located and can be easily reached along the nearby marked path.

Our flagship is the large equipped park, the Brolo: an oasis of tranquillity where you can relax among comfortable sofas and corners dedicated to rest. Perfect for reading a book, sipping a drink or simply enjoying the quiet of the holiday in the heart of Polcenigo, overlooking the medieval castle.

The “Al Brolo” Residence was created through the careful renovation of the ancient stables of the adjacent Palazzo Bazzi, a building dating back to the late seventeenth century. The structure of the residence has been designed to create two welcoming, private and elegant accommodations surrounded by greenery, where the romantic character of the furnishings is combined with practical features such as outdoor lights with twilight activation controlled by motion sensors, an electrical system protected by an automatically resetting residual-current circuit breaker, armoured doors with peepholes and video intercoms, large tilt-and-turn windows complete with mosquito nets, independent heating with zone thermostats and digital safes, all designed to offer guests peace of mind and comfort.

Guests can enjoy two convenient free parking areas, both very close by: one just 100 metres away, in Via Pordenone, about a 2-minute walk, and one 300 metres away, near the church of San Rocco, about a 4-minute walk. Alternatively, there is also paid parking behind the Town Hall about 30 metres away, very convenient for those who want maximum proximity.
