The first floor residential unit boasts a large and bright living area, an equipped kitchen, a double sofa bed and a pellet stove. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. From the double bedroom it is possible to access a roofed terrace and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view. At the back of the house there is a small paved garden and a large garage where, if need be, it is also possible to store sports equipment.
